Refund Policy

1. Return & Refund Overview

  • Return Window: Returns must be initiated within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery.
  • Condition Requirements: Items must be returned in unused, unworn, and original condition, including all packaging, labels, accessories, manuals, and complimentary gifts (if applicable).
  • How to Initiate a Return: Log in to your StyleShopCove account, navigate to My Orders, and select the item(s) you wish to return. Alternatively, email us at support@styleshopcove.online, including your order number, item details, and reason for return.
  • Processing Time: Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item(s), we’ll process your refund or store credit within 5–7 business days.

2. What Qualifies for Return?

  • Products purchased directly from styleshopcove.online and shipped to the listed delivery address.
  • Items must be in original condition—unused and undamaged.
  • Exceptions to return policy include:
    • Intimate or hygiene-sensitive products (e.g., earrings, undergarments) unless defective.
    • Beauty or personal care items (e.g., skincare, makeup), unless unused, sealed, and in their original hygienic packaging.
    • Custom-made, monogrammed, or personalized items (unless damaged or faulty).
    • Items labeled “Final Sale”, “Clearance”, or “No Returns” on the product listing page.

3. Return Shipping & Authorization

  1. Authorization Required: A return must be approved before sending items back.
    • You will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, which should be included on the package.
  2. Shipping Arrangements:
    • For orders within India: We’ll provide a prepaid return shipping label.
    • For international orders: Customers are responsible for shipping costs; we’ll offer a standard shipping reimbursement or store credit upon receiving the item.
  3. Shipping Precautions:
    • Always ship via a tracked and insured service. Keep your dispatch receipt; we cannot process refunds for lost or undelivered packages without proof of return.

4. Types of Refunds & Replacements

Upon approval and inspection of your return, you may choose:

  • Full Refund: Issued to your original payment method.
  • Store Credit: Optional if you prefer to shop again — valid for one year from the date of issue.
  • Replacement: Available for products that are defective or damaged, subject to stock availability.

5. Refund Timeframes

  • Processing: Refunds typically take 5–7 business days to process once we receive your return.
  • Payment Method Timelines:
    • Credit/Debit Card: May take up to 10 business days (depends on your bank).
    • Digital Wallets or UPI: Usually credited within 1–3 business days post-approval.
  • You’ll receive an email confirmation once your refund or store credit has been processed.

6. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or defective item:

  1. Contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery at support@styleshopcove.online.
  2. Provide your order number, and clear photographs of the issue.
  3. After approval:
    • We’ll supply a return shipping label if the fault is ours.
    • You can select a refund, store credit, or replacement.
  4. For orders placed outside India: We cover return shipping only if the error is on our side; otherwise, you may arrange shipping, and we’ll process the refund once the item is received.

7. Order Cancellation Policy

  • Before Dispatch: You can cancel any order within 2 hours of placement, as long as it hasn’t been shipped. Log into your account or email us immediately.
  • After Dispatch: Regular returns apply. Please follow the return procedure to initiate a refund.

8. Sale, Clearance & Other Special Items

  • Sale or clearance items may have shorter return windows (e.g., 14 days) or be marked “Final Sale.”
  • These conditions will be clearly noted on the product’s page.
  • For partial returns (e.g., returning one of multiple ordered items), your refund will reflect the portion you return.

9. Gift Returns

  • Gifted items can be returned with proof of purchase.
  • Refunds will be issued as store credit, typically to the original purchaser unless otherwise arranged.
